Harry Anslinger's Gore File:
A new webpage [dealing solely with Ohio Gore File Cases] will be up and
running within four or so more weeks. WARNING, it has some strong
language as it deals with murders, executions, robberies , etc. . . all
crimes allegedly committed while under the influence of MARIHUANA.
If anyone is interested feel free to ask for advance copies — they can be
emailed out to you. Also, if anyone lives in OHIO, we can use some help
in obtaining a couple of newspaper articles over there. —NOTE; Ohio had
a lot of reefer madness cases etc.

Tommy Chong says "don't tax Marijuana."
CNN-Tommy Chong Talk about using Rick Simpsons The Cure,to cure his cancer June10-2012
Just another example of another "pot luminary" who rejects the idea of taxing Marijuana. I'd like to think my FB posts to Tommy helped in this transition of attitude which finally has Tommy breaking free of his affiliation with NORML and their "tax and regulate" position.
As he says in the video "home growers" have and will continue to deliver pot "right to your door." Oh yes they will.
The fact of the matter is that the underground "pot industry" has been meeting the needs of both patients and recreational users for over 50 years now. Without advertizing. Without corporate control. And what no one is really talking about, and especially the corporate media, is that this industry most probably supports over a million jobs in the country. The growers then pay taxes when they purchase nutrients, soil, grow equipment etc. And they are taxed again when they spend their money buying food, entertainment and the other accouterments of every day life.
So what about dispensaries?
As I have stated before my experience with this in Michigan has raised some serious concerns. At the beginning growers would be able to sell their "overage" for around $250/oz. But as the supply to the dispensaries increased they slowly whittled that down . . . as low as $150/oz. But the patients did not get a break as they were still paying the same amount: around $20/gram: $560/oz. Worse yet — just like in California and other states — the dispensaries are painting the home grower as a 'black market criminal,' which is ironic as many of these dispernsary owners were once home growers themselves.
The following quote nails this right on the head:
“It is difficult to get a man to understand something, when his salary depends on his not understanding it.”
― Upton Sinclair , I, Candidate for Governor: And How I Got Licked
http://www.goodreads.com/author/quotes/23510.Upton_Sinclair
If you have ever taken a course in "The Behavior of Organizations" you will understand that consolidation — and eventually monopolization — are normally inevitable. Informally what really occurs is corporations hire attorneys who use "regulation" as a means to push out the little guys. And that is really what my model, MERP/MERP2, seeks to prevent. On a larger level what I really believe is that the "Commerce Clause" has been used as a wedge by corporations to monopolize. So what we get are large pig farms where the animals are injected with hormones, antibiotics that adversely effect our health. We are seeing that exact thing happen as the anti-biotics and arsenic-based products, in chicken, are now being seen having adverse effects on our health. But the healthier "organic raised" chickens are being pushed out by the Food Industrial Complex. In a similar case in Michigan they recently came down on farmers that were raising feral pigs that are FAR healthier than their corporate-farm equivalent.
Under MERP2 each adult would minimally be have to grow as much bloom Cannabis, under whatever method (sea of green, super cropping, circular cropping etc.), utilizing 2-4 1000 Watt lamps. And similar to CCHH (Jack Herer's initiative) there would be no limits on clones, veg or mothers . . . so long as they remain in a vegetative state. My hope is that this will provide adequate income to keep as many Americans employed as possible while increased competition might bring the price down a bit for the medical user . . . who would also be able to grow their own.
It is not that I dislike the dispensary owners, the attorneys harvesting the near million arresting for Cannabis each year etc. I'm just trying to devise a model that is best for the most people, and I think MERP2 will do that. Then DeAngello (Harborside), Richard Lee (Oaksterdam) and other dispensary owners will at least be able to continue their practices, but without putting everyone else out of business. And let's face it they do deserve some minor punishment for painting the home grower as a "black market criminal" in order to monopolize the market for themselves.
At a "higher level" what MERP2 attempts to do is take power away from both the corporations and the governments which are in fact now "owned" by the same corporations. And as I have repeatedly discussed are even more important reasons for a MERP2 model of "no taxes, regulations or government control:"
* Destroying the Mexican Drug Cartels (See Oliver Stones "Savages" to see a glimpse of the future should we not do this).
* Provide Cheap Medicine for the sick (you will be able to grow it yourself if healthy enough)
* Stop the home invasions of our homes by the PIGS (Police Instigating Grass Stings)
It is no coincidence that the message of us "no tax" activists (Jack Herer, Bruce Cain, ElectroPig (Canada), Letitia Pepper) are NEVER heard on shows like "Weed Wars." It is no coincidence that "The Union" was not more widely viewed. And it can all be summed up by George Carlin:
"There's this Big Club . . . And you ain't in it."
We are no longer a representative democratic republic. We are treated like mushrooms by the Globalist Mainstream Media in that we are kept in the dark and fed a regular diet of bullshit. And it is all so carefully orchestrated to "nudge" us toward their goals and mandates. Opposing views, such as those of the "no tax" activists, are never heard because they challenge the idiocy of the status quo. It was actually a large exception that Tommy Chong was able to cite Simpson's "Run from the Cure" and to say that Marijuana should not be taxed. If Tommy remains consistent in this I will most certainly commend him for it. And in any case I am ever so hopeful that Simpson's Oil helps to cure his prostate cancer.
Finally you need to understand that MERP2 is not merely about legalizing Cannabis for the vast majority of consumers that have never lifted a finger to truly reform the Cannabis Laws. It is more acutely intended to begin the destruction of the "Petro Corporate Ponzi" Epoch that is fast approaching a cliff. What I'm really saying, in a larger sense, is that we had better transition into something more logical and sustainable, very soon, or we are going off that very cliff.
Now I know that my chances for winning the Presidency in November are essentially non-existent. But at least I will end this stupid War on Cannabis Consumers. Romney and Obama have both stated and acted to preserve Marijuana Prohibition: whether that be through the recent seizure of Harborside or through their secret agenda to give Cannabis over the Big Pharma.
I guess what I'm saying is that you can no longer simply chose between the lesser of two evils. Both Obama and Romney are too evil for that. But by "writing me" in you at least delegitimatize this kabuki theater that we know as the Presidential Elections. This idea that "if you don't vote Dem/Republican then you don't have a reason to be upset" is so antiquated and at odds with reality. Either way your gonna get screwed. That is the reality.
The fact of the matter is that this "Petro Corporate Ponzi" Epoch is what we used to call FUBAR in the Information Technology business:
Fucked Up Beyond Any Repair
The system has got to be restructured from the ground up. And the sooner we recognize that the more likely we are to avoid a Global Economic System Collapse and the War, Pestilence, Starvation and Mayhem that most usually accompanies such events.
It is your move and I could really use some help.
