This is exactly the case-Jack was for 100% Legalization-then taxing and regulating the COMMERCIAL SALES just like wine!
It's really such a no-brainer! This methodology can win-the wine/beer model and our CCHHI 2012 has a solid 50,000 signatures to show there is 100% support for Legalization with limited taxation and regulation !
Jack knew,through experience , the average person on the street favored this type of legalization /regulatory approach!
Those of us super close with Jack his last few years knew he was highly against partial legalization and taxation! He supported FULL LEGALIZATION then Taxation and Regulation!
Big difference between legalizing an ounce and taxing it-then legalizing 12 pounds for personal use then taxing everything after 12 pounds!
I should know ,I talked with him and advised him about this up until his stroke !
I knew he didn't like the "taxation and regulation approach " IF it didn't include full legalization !
As David points out-it's all written out as Jack left it-no question that he 100% supported a regulatory method -the wine laws!

Hi bruce…. I agree with you growing our own is essential. I did not
support prop 19 . However i dont think every policyhead that did is a
bad person nor do i think that they all support taxation on non
commerical or retial medicine. Or especialy regarding chris have any
nefarious concepts of killing even cottage industry productions. I
think many had tunnel vision just wanting something on the books to
protect legally and their constant problem is not inviting lo income
patients to the table to vett policy and explain how policy could
impact our communitys.

I thought terry was female ! But once again i must ask you to back up
. Really …. I get it Im sick too . I really have a medical need. But
I dont villianize regulateing like wine. that? In fact and you should
know this as a policy reader yourself may open more doors for everyone
and get other sick people out of jail . I know the spin doctors
appraoch is dumded down and spun around for patients especialy those
who cant read policy and understand the implemenation. I get it and
spend a huge portion of my life translate to my comunity many of whom
dont have a college degree. However I will never state that medical is
the only path . Cannabis is very hindu like many varietys of gods and
goddess . All divine in nature. But I will always state that patients
come before profit . And everyone should have qaulity access

thats wants intelligent civil input before its to late contact the
senate rules comittee of california with your concerns in bullet
points and in a respectful manner and I can agree to disagree with

their charator becuase at the moment were not understanding eachother

Cops are TAUGHT to charge the highest crime possible, and let the D.A. and or Court decide what charge will be eventually charged. If a wobbler, charge the Felony, if it can be filed as a misdemeanor, file that, etc. I don't feel that they are doing anything but falling the "General Approach" which is file high, expect low, and always try to get court time as overtime! (The last part is not taught, it is on the job training).

not mention? Its not prop215 vs. Ab2312 . Prop215 is an affirmative
defense. The two things i actually loved about 2312! and think and
hope everyone here is with me? And if not your probably are that evil
enemy we seem to be trying to hunt down? Was in their orginal ballot
initiaive .your affirmative defense went an octave higher and became
your civil rights . And bans were banned . The rest of monoply
building and self serving poop . I can do without . And both of thoose
strong real offers for freedom have been taken off the table. But
