Cannabis & Hemp Freedom Act of 2014, California – Rev 1.35

From: Frank Lucido MD – December 6, 2012

Hi Starchild, Good points, but I won’t be drawn into that argument. that’s between the entrenched 18 and 21 supporters. Good luck convincing each other. I like 19, and 20 for the reasons I stated. I’d vote for any legalization for 18, 19, 20, 21, if it gets on the ballot. Here to the end of prohibition in our lifetime. Frank

I agree with Mikey/Waverider. Medical has no age because we don’t tell kids “sorry you have cancer, but we can’t give you chemotherapy because it’s dangerous”.

But for Non-medical we need to decide somewhere between 18-21. I think when polling is done it should poll 18, 19, 20 and 21. Personally I like 19 or 20, because it “helps keep it out of High School”, and still sends the message that “it’s safer than alcohol.” 2 important selling points.

    Y'all … its me.

*Gone? *Here we are in October … and appears the boys of summer have
gone. Were have all the good guys gone? Ab2312 seems to have scattered
everyone; either that or censorship is worse then i thought on Save
Cannabis. Now we all get loving spoonfuls from the Axis.

    *AB2312* is dead .. dead. That's good … twas bad law. What's next …
looks like a whole slew of initiative's gearing up for 2014. Well that's
real nice … but i bet we see the proponents dress this ugly dog up and
send her out again … for another end run around Prop 215. I like many of
you are watching … can't wait to point at the B.S. Should be some time
around spring planting. Keep on the look out for initiatives designed to
limit cultivation … that's where the pro reg will be looking to beat down
Prop 215. I'll point em out … you knock em' down … sound good?

*WEED ACTIVIST:* The Cannabis Warrior has left the building … enter the
    Weed Activist.

*Dave Hodges* is putting out some tax advice tomorrow; i think its
interesting stuff; i'd like to attend but have business to handle and can't
get away. ON the other hand Dave … are you planning to record the major
components of your meeting and make that available to the internet and
distant crowd on youtube … i bet you are; i'm interested in what you have
to say … hell a grand refusal by ALL to pay *illegitimate* sales tax is
damn near heroic. I like this man's style.

*ASA Watch:* Well seems like ASA; like many of us has cleaned up their
act; they seem to be concentrating on patient centric ideals and projects
lately. Good for them. Some have stated that my criticism of ASA is overly
harsh; i tend to gleefully agree … at times. Lately ASA has been out
telling Obama off … rightly so … i think we should have put those
posters out there back in June … but what they hay do i know? Thing is
… Obama just ignored them … Romney ignored them … worse … Cannabis
Nation ignored them … anyone donate to the cause … buy a poster or two?
    Got to hand to them though they tried. Well let's hope Elford gets his way;
then we can all smoke "reclassified" weed. I like the spirit … but
unfortunately this DEA and DOJ project is DOA; IMHO.

The size of a Bic pen, e-cigarettes use a battery and a heating element to vaporize tobacco extract held in a tiny reservoir. Stoners have adapted them for medical weed.

I generally like David Downs column Legalization Nation, and I appreciate that he asked my opinion.

    Just to clarify my position:
I think smokeless delivery systems are an important option.
The main point I wanted to make is that most of the ones I see use a proprietary cartridge of the medicine, necessitating purchase of a specific product.

What I want to see is more of these made to use your own naturally grown and harvested cannabis.
