Cannabis & Hemp Freedom Act of 2014, California – Rev 1.35

From: William West – December 3, 2012

Let’s be real for once, who hasn’t smoked this medication before the age of 18? Now how hard was it to find? Anything can be bought at a price. I grew up in the country and at 10, I found it. Prop 215 and SB-420’s biggest problem is “groups” are trying to monopolize on it. It was not created for business’s or profiteers, it was to give patients dignity to use a natural medication without legal repercussion from law enforcement. It worked fine until opportunistic saw there was a buck to be made, from Lawyers to dispensaries. Left alone to work, prop 215 and SB-420 covered most patients access and kept it within patients affordability. Then it was more about helping and learning to become self-sufficient, business’s want that destroyed, shown through prop 19, AB-2312 all were to take the rights patients now have AWAY!

Harborside’s Landlords…

From: William West – December 2, 2012

Making public claims to the millions made from Harborside, why hasn’t Harborside bought the property outright? Or bought and created a new location? I can not see millions in profit’s made and kept follow the laws of California’s Prop 215 or SB-420. Sure make a living, but that much should of been given back or of been compassionate enough to of lowered prices? All I can see it shows is only greed, Richard Lee’s Prop 19 was a set up to fill empty prison cells as was AB-2312, Restrictive Permitting, Thinning of The Herds, and when A.S.A.’s Don Duncan stated when asked about supporting medical marijuana, “A.S.A.’s position is NO POSITION”, said it all to me concerning patients or their rights. Dan Rush pushing for a union to come in to help push AB-2312 would only raise prices. Union dues would be pushed off on patients to cover through another made-up unforeseen cost exception, Now Harborside is getting the same treatment as other competitions got now tastes like bitter grapes, never saw Harborside or A.S.A. (except MEHA in El-Cajon) come to any other collective, co-op’s or dispensaries to help with their rescue, yet claim to be the largest of lawyers, etc… Will Teflon Don Duncan be next? One by one, A.S.A.’s past associates have fallen victim to federal enforcement, all but one. Coincidence? or Questionable? I say both. In monopoly, there is only ONE WINNER! www.theweedlynews.com William W. West
